Welcome to Faciet (“Faciet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://faciet.com and any related apps, features, or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. For residents of the EEA/UK where a higher age of consent applies (e.g., 16), you must meet that higher age or have verifiable parental consent.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We may refuse, reclaim, or change a username if it infringes rights or violates these Terms.
2) Your Content & Your Rights
- Your content includes posts, photos, videos, comments, messages, reactions, profiles, groups, and any material you upload or create using the Services (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Faciet a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works (e.g., re‑formats), publish, publicly perform, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, promote, improve, and provide the Services.
- Where you set your content to public, it may be viewed by others, shared, indexed by search engines, and used in promotion of the Services. You can change your audience settings where available.
- You are responsible for the legality of your User Content and for obtaining any necessary rights or permissions to post it.
3) Prohibited Conduct & Content
You agree not to do (or attempt to do) any of the following:
- Violate any law or rights of others; post illegal content or facilitate illegal activity.
- Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, or that incites violence or self‑harm.
- Sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or non‑consensual intimate imagery.
- Doxxing or exposing others’ personal data without consent; impersonation or misrepresentation.
- Spam, scams, deceptive or fraudulent practices, malware, phishing, or unauthorized advertising.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, circumvent access or rate limits, scrape without permission, or reverse engineer except as permitted by law.
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property or other rights (including trademarks, copyrights, privacy, or publicity).
We may remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
4) Moderation & Enforcement
- We may review, remove, restrict, or refuse content in our discretion where we reasonably believe it violates the law, these Terms, community guidelines, or others’ rights, or to ensure the safety and integrity of the Services.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations. Where legally required or feasible, we will provide notice.
- You can report content or users through in‑product tools or via the contact in Section 16.
5) Intellectual Property
- The Services (including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to Faciet and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted, we reserve all rights in the Services.
- You may not use Faciet’s name, logo, or trademarks without our permission.
6) Copyright & DMCA
If you believe that content infringes your copyright, send a notice including: (a) your contact details, (b) a description of the work, (c) the URL/location of the allegedly infringing content, (d) a statement of good‑faith belief, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

Counter‑notices must include the required information under applicable law.
Replace the DMCA email with your preferred address. Add a postal address if available.
7) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Services, you agree to our data practices described there.
8) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics, and (when enabled) advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
9) Third‑Party Services & Links
The Services may link to third‑party websites, apps, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.
10) Software, APIs & Beta Features
- We may offer software, SDKs, or APIs subject to additional terms. Do not misuse them or exceed granted permissions and rate limits.
- We may offer experimental or beta features that may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
11) Fees & Paid Features (if applicable)
- The Services may include optional paid features or subscriptions. Prices and terms will be disclosed at purchase. Taxes may apply.
- Unless otherwise stated, payments are non‑refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices or introduce new charges with reasonable notice where required by law.
12) Service Availability & Changes
- We continually improve the Services and may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services on reasonable notice where feasible.
- We are not liable for outages, delays, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet or hosting provider issues, DDoS, power outages, or force majeure).
13) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faciet and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the Services, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACIET AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some of the above may not apply to you.
16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You and Faciet agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Services, except where applicable law requires a different venue or allows consumer disputes to be brought in your country of residence.
- Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@faciet.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If you target other jurisdictions (e.g., U.S.), consider adding an arbitration/class‑action waiver tailored to that region.
17) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, the law, or to protect users and the Services. Upon termination, the following sections survive: 2, 3, 5, 6, 11–18.
18) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in‑product) and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Export & Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, a country embargoed by applicable export laws and are not on a government sanctions list. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the Services.
App Stores (if applicable)
If you access the Services via apps downloaded from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app must also comply with their terms, and they are third‑party beneficiaries to these Terms regarding your license to the app.
